On a YTD view through April 2017, average sales prices increased in every county, with 5 counties in the double digits. Williamson had the lowest percent of increase at 5.5% and Robertson was the highest at 18.9% increase YTD over the same time in 2016.
Four counties had fewer closes in April 2017 vs. April 2016. Sumner, Wilson and Maury posted increases in closed sales for the month. On a YTD basis, Williamson is -0.1% below LY while Robertson fell to -13.5% below YTD 2016.
Available inventory changed little from last month, with just minor changes in 3 counties. All others remain relatively unchanged.
New Home Sales compared to Existing Home Sales rose slightly in all counties except Williamson which dropped to 35.4% from 35.5%.
