All counties increased Sales Prices in Aug 2017 over Aug 2016. Davidson, Maury, & Robertson have double digit increases. In addition, all counties maintained strong increases in the median sales price over Aug 2017 with 4 counties reporting a higher than 10% increase.
Unit Sales in Aug 2017 was less in Davidson, Rutherford, Sumner & Robertson this year vs Aug 2016. Rutherford & Wilson both had a 9.6% increase in sold units.
Months of Supply remained relatively unchanged in all counties from a low of 2.0 to 3.6 Months. The Under Contract-Showing numbers are not considered in the above.
New Home Sales as a percentage of total single family home seem to be relatively stable, with only slight variations from month to month. Williamson is at 35.4%, and the highest of all counties.
