Avg. Sales Prices in Sept 2017 continued to increase over Sept 2016, in all counties in this review. Rutherford, Sumner, & Wilson all have double digit increases,and no county had less than a 2.4% increase in price. All counties also maintained continued increases in the median sales price in Sept 2017 ranging from 2.8% to 18.6% increases over Sept 2016.
Unit Sales in Sept 2017 vs Sept 2016 fell in Maury & Robertson, but showed increases of 1.9% or above in the other counties. Williamson was flat compared to Sept 2016.
Low Inventory is still a major factor in all counties, with just very slight improvements over August levels. The Under Contract-Showing numbers are not considered in the above.
New Home Sales as a percentage of total single family homes remains stable, with only slight variations month to month. Williamson is at 35.2%-the highest of all counties with Maury coming in at 30.2%.
